It made my job a lot simpler to get the business off the ground, since I knew that I would be working with a team of extremely talented people.

The founders are usually very open to hearing from other people who’ve tried their hand at this sort of thing.
I learned a lot about the startup’s culture, and that it has a huge amount of passion and passion is contagious.
